We can't refund payments on ANY orders, but we want you to be happy. Please email us at shop@allthatjazzjewelrybox.co and we'll see what we can do. If the error occurs on our end, we are happy to refund your shipping fees.

We have shipping options Parcel Pro UPS, and for express orders (domestic only) we use UPS express shipping. Express shipping transit time takes 1-3 business days and USPS transit time takes 4-6 business days. International shipping can take over a month depending on the destination's customs regulations.
